Go to the Blacksmith in any city to temper or masterwork your gear.
  • Item must have 2 tempered affixes
  • OR be (a) unique


    • Unique items can not be tempered.

    If you're progressing through the pits, "exchange" (transmute) your higher-tier materials into lower tier materials at the Alchemist.
